Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Due to the immediate, non-returnable digital nature of downloadable PDF eBooks, purchases are generally final once the download token has been generated and accessed.

2. Circumstances Eligible for Refund

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and fairness. We will gladly issue a full refund under the following verified conditions:

• Duplicate Charges: If you accidentally paid twice for the same title within a 24-hour window.
• Defective or Corrupted File: If our technical system fails to deliver a readable PDF file and our support team cannot provide an alternative copy within 24 hours.
• Failed Fulfillment: If payment was captured by the gateway but our system failed to create your order entitlement.

3. How to Request Resolution

To request a refund or report a transaction issue, email mkaif3538@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your Order Number (e.g. EBK-202610-XXXX)
• The email address entered during checkout
• A brief description of the issue or payment screenshot

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours and returned via the original payment method by the gateway within 5–7 business days according to standard banking timelines.
